Our experts work with your consultants and contractors to ensure your home is problem free and provide our registered homeowners with our Buildright™ warranty, which covers most common major defects on the home for 10 years after legal completion.
Design Review
We review your architectural drawings to identify problems in design. We then work with you and your consultants to provide guidance on overcoming these design issues before it gets to the construction stage, in turn, optimising the build and saving undue costs.
Quality Inspections
Our expert inspectors carry out site inspections at key stages of your project to verify that the works have been carried out in line with our Buildright™ standards. This allows us ensure a high level of quality during construction and a problem free future for you.
Buildright™ Warranty
We provide our registered clients with our 10 year warranty where work is completed in line with our Buildright™ standards. Buildright™ warranty covers most common major defects encountered by new homeowners in the first 10 years after legal completion.

Engineering
As part of our Buildright™ process, our experienced engineers, assess the structural design of the engineering consultant based on the project's soil report to ensure that the project's structure is optimal for its use and all design elements such as deep piled footings are required and not a result of overdesign.
